- All three current members are running for re-election: they are Peter Reiss, Lou Kissling and Don Havranek.
- Anyone who wishes to run for a board position must have their resume to the Company by the January 2009 open meeting.

AWC's two commercial real estate investments continued to perform as expected during 2008.
- The office building is at "Fairmont on Third" located at 3839 N. 3rd St is 89% occupied
& the retail center located at"12 Oaks" located at 4939 W. Chandler Blvd is 93% occupied.

Water Tendering Rates:
- Effective May 1, 2008, Water Tendering rates were increased. Please refer to the "rules" page on the web site.

The Board recently confirmed that AWC will continue their citrus rebate program for the 2008 budget year.
- The citrus rebate program has been a good stimulus for replanting citrus in our Arcadia citrus grove neighborhood.
- The program started in 2003 at a $100.00 rebate. It has been renewed annually at a $200.00 rebate per homeowner per year.
- Since the rebate was doubled to $200.00 it really attracted attention. We are hoping that homeowners will purchase a larger tree than they might have otherwise.
